Batik Air expresses regret over delays, gives vouchers to affected passengers


Batik air formerly known as malindo air has expressed regrets over prolonged delays in flight departures from Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Friday December 22nd which caused inconvenience to passengers in a statement today the company said they will contact all of the affected passengers to extend them special complementary vouchers the.

Company said they deeply regret that the delays have caused much inconvenience to the passengers and their families they added that the cause of the incident is currently being investigated and they will build on any lapses in their operations for a continuous Improvement in their customer service delivery but the air also explained that food.
